We welcome you to join our new Londa Spa Beach Yoga classes and have the opportunity to improve your strength, flexibility and general well-being!
Classes range from traditional Yoga styles which include asanas (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation in combinations which create a peaceful yoga practice. Yoga develops coordination, stamina, balance, mental clarity, increased concentration and overall health.
The class focuses on stress relief, relaxation, improved flexibility, and full body strengthening. Students will gain self empowerment, and will leave feeling calm and revitalised!
